Counselling Services

Irene provides psychological services to both teens and adults needing assistance with a variety of concerns. ** Please note that Irene does not currently see children under the age of 16 for individual therapy. See below regarding assessment services only for children. She addresses difficulties from a strengths-based approach through the use of various counselling techniques tailored to the needs of her clients. Her therapeutic training includes Cognitive behaviour Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (PTSD treatment), Clinical Hypnosis, Mindfulness, and Solution-Focused therapy.

  • Assessments for PTSD, anxiety, depression and other mood disorders
  • Some assessments as requested by private insurance agencies, law offices, and employers
